The biodiversity with the Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida), Dalmatian Pelican (Pelecanus crispus) and Water Lilly Flowers (Nuphar lutea) and (Nymphaea alba) are the rock stars of this trip that looks like a visit in the botanic park where the scenery changes every hour completely like the smartphone swipe. From the immense view of the greatest lake in the Balkans to the Ramsar strict protected area. This IBA area is well-valued nesting area for the Whiskered Tern (Chlidonias hybrida) and a resting area for the Dalmatian Pelican (Pelecanus crispus) and hundreds of other birds explained by the Nature Guide during the entire trip.

The trip below the Buna Bridges, Rozafa Castle and Shirqi Church will give you a glimpse of the historical and cultural richness of the area. Drini Times team will follow and assist you until you might feel spoiled.

# 1 🛶 9:00 Presentation of the itinerary, rules, and the start of paddling from Drini Times Watersports Point in Shiroka

# 2 🛶Paddling inside the Shkodra Lake restricted Ramsar and IBA (Important Bird Area) area of Lilly flowers for birdwatching. We will see with binoculars the nesting habitat of Wiskered tern (Chlidonias hybrida)
# 3 🛶🧵 Opsional Mojito cocktails at Buna Bridge

# 4 🛶️ We continue paddling beside Rozafa castle under Buna bridges.

# 5 🛶🥟 We take a break from paddling after Drini and Buna river join together for some snacks.

# 6 🛶️️ Another stop for a swim in the river

# 7 🛶️ Following we stop to visit a cultural heritage monument of the XIII century. The Church of Shirq is the well-known place where the princesses got married.

# 8 Around 4:30 is the final stop in Obot village. From there you take your own car that we bring there or we arrange the transportation back to the starting point.
